I went during a big anniversary sale where almost everything was an additional 30% off. The shoes had 3 prices: full retail, the store's membership price, and then the price with the 30% off. I looked up retail prices of the shoes online and consistently found that the shoes in store after the 30% discount were within $5-7 of what you would actually pay elsewhere, some higher some lower. The deals here aren't actually the deals you may expect. Found a pair of shoes on clearance for 50% off and all in saved $10 on them.
Very nice shoe outlet store that also offers some clothing, etc. Prices are reasonable and affordable and better with their store card, which you can apply for at the cash register for the discount on your first purchase. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The is a nice big shoe store with many different brand of shoes. I came this store because the sign I saw said they sold Hoka running shoes. The store is very clean and organized and they do in fact have Hoka's but the only problem is GB shoes prices for Hoka is higher then some of the stores Ive seen so I cannot pay a higher price when I can go to REI or Hoka online and get Hoka's at a lower price. Real Score is 3.5
I went to the store the other day found a cute boot and decided not to buy it. My husband got a pair of hiking shoes and a sweatshirt. I woke up of course the next day really wanting that boot. I called and they didn’t have it anymore, but the lady who answered the phone was so very helpful. She says there are two out there somewhere in one of their stores. I need them to go to Scotland two days from now, I can’t wait for them to be ordered. She gave me numbers to the Ashville store and Greenville store. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am for customer service at the store!!!!
Great deals on shoes and clothing. Very helpful staff that will help you find what you need. Don't forget to check out the back wall on all the discount shoes arranged on sizes.

Really nice and quaint place. A good selection of shoes from casual, hiking and work shoes. Reasonable prices.
Overpriced everything nowadays. And their only paying people 10/hr according to indeed. Quit supporting shotty corporations.
Love GB Shoes! It's a girl's dream with so many styles and choices. And i have never had a bad experience with the staff ever. That makes it even better.
Store manager or owner not sure which wasn't going to let us exchange shoes even though they were same price same brand and after discussing what a pain in the rear stores had been she said you know what Merry Christmas I thank u so much for that it's def been stressful up to that point
