So we came to shop here twice & both times were told we need to be watched. GOT GOOD HEARING! So Idk if it's cause I'm gay or I look different. But they just rude. Really rude. Just go in & see for yourself. Ask for Mr. SLICK ..

If you want a pleasant shopping experience DON'T go here. The employees will follow you around and act like they are doing things around you all while they think you are trying to steal. When they see you look at them they look away like they are not watching you. IDK about you but it's hard to shop for shoes when they act like they do.

I will never shop here again. I heard the manager tell one of her employees to "watch" a black family. Then she continued to say "I'm not racist but they're the ones that tend to steal". Idk what her definition of racism is but saying that MAKES YOU RACIST. It's also profiling which the last time I checked is illegal. Way to go Rack Room for hiring such great people.

I asked for help & you could tell he doesn't get paid commission. I couldn't find any shoes that would fit right. I didn't want to bother the same salesman that couldn't bother to help the first time, so I was aggravated & left. I don't care if I ever go back in the store.
