Terrible! They don't answer the phones, they don't return messages or if they do its a week or more later AND your wait time for appts is ridiculous. I used to love this office but it has really went down hill :(

Never answers the phone. Never calls back after leaving messages. Never sends the referrals over to the specialists that needs them. It all has went down hill the past 6 months or so.  I used to LOVE it there. Very sad.

This gbmc is redicioul,  tried to make an appointment for my son to have vaccinations was told don't need appointment wait time is at the longest 15 min,  arrived today 9/14/2017 @ 3:44pm.  Finally was see at 4:45 after leaving noticed they gave my son the wrong vaccination. When we arrived I showed the a paper from school that clearly states he needed meningococcal vaccine, after leaving noticed the paperwork states they gave him the t dap vaccine so I went right back into the office now it is 5:45 and we are still waiting my recommendation find a reputable Dr/ practice.  They are making us wait while they take other children for their vaccines,

I have been here for a year and I have been nothing but frustrated with this office. It's impossible to reach them by phone, don't answer voicemail's then send you cancellation warnings in the mail when you call to cancel 50 times but couldn't reach anyone. I suggest you go elsewhere!
