Best customer service Amazing massage Will come back again
8 years ago (28-10-2017)
This place was terrible. The staff/"doctor" here literally asked me NOTHING besides how many minutes long of a massage I wanted. They didn't ask my name or if I have any medical conditions, and most importantly, they did not ask if there was any place on my body that I was not comfortable with having touched. The first fifty minutes of my sixty minute massage was okay, but then the "massage therapist" who barely even spoke English, asked me to turn onto my back. I did so, but asked what he was going to be doing next -- I had only come there to relieve my back pain, so you can imagine my confusion when he asked me to flip over onto my back. His only response was to tell me to lie down and relax.I asked him again, and his response was the same. But I most certainly could not relax. I tensely waited for him to continue. As it turns out, he was going to massage my face. For most people this probably would have been relaxing, but I am not comfortable having my face touched by anyone, let alone a stranger. The entire time my shoulders were clenched up by my ears and I could not lay my head down on the pillow. The masseur FINALLY noticed how tense and uncomfortable I was, and asked if I was okay. I responded by telling him that I don't actually like my face/head being touched. You think that he would have stopped touching my head right away--- but no!!! He continued to touch me for another minute at least. I don't know if this was due to a language barrier or what, but it was unacceptable and unprofessional. I left there feeling quite traumatized. Obviously, I will not be returning and I hope this place goes out of business.

This place did a great job, I felt like jell-o when I was done, relieved all of my aches and pains in my lower back and also worked other connected areas!

I am new to the area and saw the good reviews for this place so eagerly tried it yesterday. A man dressed in a white lab coat and black slacks gave me the acupressure massage. I am no stranger to acupressure, but this was the first time ever I received this type. The man proceeded to pinch/knead my shoulders and back in a restless, disorganized pattern. Every few minutes he would move from the left to the right side of my back and shoulders, and up and down and back again. He didn't take his time with one side or area before moving to the next. He asked me in the beginning if the pressure was ok and it was -but his style had my nerves in a mess at the end of the session. After being pinched/kneaded in a frantic, disorganized manner for almost 30 minutes I felt like my neurons were firing off in chaos. I needed something to relax myself after the massage!!!!! In all fairness, another guy giving a massage at the other table seemed to be attentive and doing a much better job. Perhaps that is where the good reviews came from. Nonetheless, I requested a reflexology session afterwards because this usually relaxes me. A different man was doing these and by observation, he seemed to be doing a good job on the client he was finishing up before me. However, when he finished the client in front of me, instead of removing his gloves and replacing with new ones, he kept them on, went to the back and washed them. I watched mortified as he took his position to work on my feet. I politely asked him to change his gloves and he graciously abided. He was nice and did a decent job. However, the glove incident was a turn off. I work in the health field and I can imagine the horror of reusing gloves on different patients rather than changing them! This is a different setting but if you are wearing gloves to prevent yourself from being exposed to fungal infections, etc, why increase my risk by not changing them? They harbor germs. Needless to say- I will not be going back there. In all of my years of receiving acupressure, this was one of the worst experiences.

They were advertising a $1/minute special and I decided to stop in after walking past the location many times. I My shoulders and neck started hurting today after a stressful week. I purchased the 10 acupressure and I wish I had stayed longer! The staff is very polite and professional. They offer acupunture, acupressure and reflexology. Treat yo'self! You KNOW you need it!
