Dr. Gechoff is an expert in the field. If you have some serious issues with your teeth I recommend seeing him. My daughter has a super crowded mouth and was about to get adult teeth pulled to fit all her teeth, but Dr. Gechoff was very experienced and helped her keeping all her teeth. The staff is super friendly too. We never have to wait more than 5 min to be seen. It's a little pricy but worth the money.

I really like Gechoff Orthodontics. I am sad that my treatment is ending here. They made an uncomfortable process as fun as it could be. My siblings and I looked forward to the days we had orthodontists appointments--How many doctors can you say that about? The staff showed us they genuinely cared about us and welcomed my younger siblings in the waiting area with plenty of crayons and attention. Mama liked the coffee. I won't say braces are fun, but if you are going to get them go to Dr. Gechoff's! p.s. Don't miss the fun holiday contests.

Paid a lot of money for a cross bite and her bite doesnt really look much better.

My daughter has been going to Dr. Gechoff for about a year and we are thrilled with her results. The office staff is great and they are always on time. Everyone is friendly and very informative and helpful. Well worth the drive from San Diego to Santee.
