I have been a Geeks customer for over 20 years, since the Oceanside days.  The prices were great, the store hours were great because geeks lime myself had time to get of work and make it into the store to shop.  Geeks used to be the place to find one of a kind electronics.  These are the things that kept me coming back year after year.  I used to come into the store practically every day on my way in from work.  I've only been to the store twice since the hours changed and I am very disappointed.  The swap meet style has less desirable items thrown into a cardboard box sitting on pallets and I had a very hard time finding simple things like keyboards and phone chargers.  I spoke with the new manager but he doesn't seem to have the best entrust of the customer in mine or just doesn't know what true geeks are looking for in a store that was a gem.  Also, the prices are over inflated for refurbished product.  Its not the same experience.  I hope someone understands the basics of supply and demand or customer satisfaction before this once thriving store is a thing of the past.

Great experience buying a used Xbox one. Paid $40 less than I would have paid at GameStop or craigslist. Thank you for the smooth transaction!

They are no longer open on the weekends. We cannot get back to Temecula early enough to bring our computer for repair or take advantage of their vast knowledge or the great prices they have. VERY SAD!
