Whatever you do, don't buy insurance from Mark Phillips or Tara Bailey...instead ask for Daisy. All Mark and Tara care about is their commission check that they're making off of you. Mark won't go the extra mile to help you lower your monthly premium (but Daisy will) and Tara will interrupt you and speak over you every time you try to talk. I've had problems with Tara in the past with her unprofessional customer service, and I feel that she's unfit to be in a sales position. The owner, Jon Manz, hasn't returned my phone calls in over a week to discuss these issues, so it's clear that no one cares about the way this office treats potential customers.

Their automatic payments double charged me and overdrafted me. I called and let them know and they just retryed the charge leavjng me with $140 of overdraft fees and saying its my fault. If you use them do not use autopay

Went over a medium to avoid an accident (natural/rational human reaction), Gieco placed me at fault and skyrocketed my insurance rate from $300 to $700. Took them over 2 months to finish the claim and gave me the worst deal, telling me if I don't agree with their offer, I can hire somone and they can argue over it, which "will cost you allot more" (geico ajusting agent). Left numerous voicemail for them to get back to me (everytime I needed to talk to them), and had to call thier coperate couple times to get a hold of them. The individuals that I was constantly in contact was Melody Canada & Taylor Jones. Unprofessional and uncaring staff. I don't recommend this insurance agency!

I have had to call them three times and have been put on hold for a total of 5 HOURS just to report a claim. 5 HOURS!!!! One of the times I called them, they picked up and immediately hung up before i could even speak to someone. I just want to file a claim and i cant use the website because i need help with specific information regarding the vehicles.Not to mention it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a live adviser by going through their stupid automated system. Usually to get a person you just have to press 0 a bunch of times. Think thats possible with GEICO well, think again because you will NOT get a live adviser.

Go to Mark Phillips, plain and simple. He is straight forward and to the point! He will tell the truth and get you in and out in no time. Wonderful guy!
