This is the worst insurance broker I have ever had. My wife had an accident last year, John asked me to deal with the other party's insurance company directly. He didn't even want to talk to us.

I was with this agency for almost 5 years and come to find out they didnt even insure the vehicle i told them to when i bought it.. They still had my old vehicle insured for almost a full year after that. Had i been in a accident i would have been screwed. when i had hail damage on my vehicle i went to claim it and come to find out they didnt even insure it full coverage like i requested. when i asked them about it they replied "its your problem not ours. you always drop and pick up vehicles." no buddy its your job to insure the vehicle i pay you to and ask you to insure. PERIOD. i would not ever tell anyone i know to bring their business to them they are very unprofessional. I dropped them right away when i found these things out about my vehicles.
