Overall, my experience was not as same other reviews because my nails have done by Kim. She was barely speaking English, but at least she tried and understood what I wanted. My nails got done nicely and perfectly. Moreover, she was taking time  on my nails, and wasn't rushing as others. Nice place, cleaned table and happy service from Kim, I will recommend other people if you wanna make appointment with her.

Went here on a Saturday around 530 pm wasn't  very busy.  I was greeted and taken back for my pedicure and given the  gel colors to choose from for my pedicure.  The lady Kim was very nice but as my feet are soaking I look up and see a sign that reads  Foot Massage $1/1 minute. I was very confused isn't  a foot massage standard  with  a pedicure? So I  didn't  pay extra and just  got  a gel manicure  after. Total was 80$ which isn't bad for gel on hands and feet but they started chipping  5 days later. I'll  have to find a new place because  80$ should  last longer  then  5 days.

Not much too say BUT ! I think it was less then a 15 minute experiance, cut cuticles without cuticle cream,ouch! No lotion,no massage, nail polish around cuticles... I truly don't mind paying for a service ! When my fiance paid for our manicures we were charged for a full manicure. When I asked if we were paying for a manicure.... didn't that come with a lotion hand massage.... he responded..I cut your cuticles and walked away and they talked amongst themselves.  He was mad...and because I am a Hairdresser we still tipped 20%
Oh well ....visiting from Florida ,weather is nice wedding tonight!
I never write reviews....just bothered me he got mad.

Love this place!! Would pass it every time I would have a drs appointment decided to stop in, so glad I did. My nail technician Kim is AWESOME ! so patient with me as I can never decide on a color, lol my sister even gets her nails done here when she comes to visit, the owner does hers and she is good, knows her stuff, the salon my sister goes to at home even asked her "who did your nails, they're great, better than me!" Really! Lol

I came in this evening for a gel manicure.  The owner sat me next to the tower of colors to wrap my nails.  Next thing I know some lady drops navy blue nail color, it shatters and splatters all over my right leg and my brand new purse.  I will start out by saying that the customer that did it ignored me and proceeded to the back of the room to get her pedicure.  As for her I believe what goes around comes around.  As for the owner he handed me a spray bottle of alcohol and went on to clean his floor.  He and his staff ignored the fact that I was scrubbing my purse for a good five minutes before I told them I was leaving.  I was not going to pay for services that didn't have the common decency to even make an attempt to provide service recovery.  It was like I wasn't even there.  When I got down the road I called the manager told me it was customers fault she had too many colors in her hand.  So she blamed her own customer?!  Then she put the owner on the phone who proceeded to tell me "what can I do, this is the first time anything like this has happened".  I am beyond angry not just at the lady who did this and then went about her business, again KARMA, but at the owner that could care less about his customers.  I will never go here again.
