My wife and I were referred to HealthMate Hot Tubs by a family friend and were not disappointed.  Larry was 100% friendly and helpful from the very beginning.  My electrician had a question during our installation and we called the store.  The problem was solved within two minutes.  The crew who delivered and installed our hot tub was professional and informative.  We would definitely recommend HealthMate to anyone who asked.  Thanks again!

After visiting other hot tub stores we stopped in Healthmate and had an immediate pleasant and informative experience with sales rep. Gabriel.
He made us feel confident we were buying the right spa.
 The spa was delivered to our yard with instructions and chemicals.
I can call Gabriel any time with questions.

What a great place to buy a hot tub. These guys really know their business. Larry, Gabe and Marco were very friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. Everything they said, they delivered on. They also delivered on time, which was critical since it was a family Christmas gift. Buying a hot tub from these guys was one of the best decisions we've ever made, and would definitely do it again! Thanks guys!

There are several hot tub retailers that sell great products but none of them come close to the level of knowledge, friendliness, excellent price and quality care you'll find at HealthMate Hot Tubs. During our hot tub research we had the pleasure of assistance from Gabriel, Larry and Marco. Gabriel was the main person who made himself available day, night and weekends to answer questions and send information we requested. We had interaction with everyone at the shop, including Mike the owner, and were so impressed by their professional, friendly, laid back sales approach. After a few months we were ready to move forward with our first hot tub purchase. We love our Hot Springs Envoy! The delivery crew (Alejandro, Sergio and Ricardo) were amazing! We had lots of obstacles, stairs and  a small space for them to install the hot tub in but they worked together perfectly and everything went smoothly. Alex came out and explained the maintenance process, answered our questions and let us know that continued service would be available as needed. The amazing customer care did not stop after we made our purchase. Gabriel has reached out several times to check and make sure we are happy with our hot tub and is always available when we have questions. HealthMate Hot Tubs made our first hot tub experience better than we imagined it could be. We will ALWAYS keep in touch and continue to buy any future hot tubs and/or related products through them. My husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HealthMate Hot Tubs.

I received my hot tub and receive so much assistance with the set up and the million Questions I had.  the staff is patient and helpful.  I would highly recommend Health Mates as your source if you are looking into making a hot tub purchase.  Also the quality of the product and  professional installation complimented the deal.
