What another great experience. That is why when it came to purchase our latest car (this is our sixth straight vehicle purchased from Gene Langan Volkswagen)there was no doubt where we were going. This is a world class dealership. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris, Miguel, Gene Jr. all made this a very easy transaction. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Longtime VW owners, we were looking to purchase a new Golf R. We could not be more satisfied with our experience at Langan. It was a no hassle, no BS, easy and painless transaction. Over the years we've started to dislike going to the car dealership - this experience was unique and certainly gave us a better idea of what a car dealership "should" be like. Our salesman was straight-forward and professional; the business manager truly seemed to have our best interest in mind; and the delivery with Gene Jr was awesome. I would recommend these folks to anyone with no reservations. Thanks for the great experience guys!

Everyone at Langan VW is friendly and helpful. My salesman Dennis took the time to explain all the available options and find what was important to me with absolutely no pressure at all. When I picked my new car up, Gene explained where the controls and components are and how everything works. My entire experience was first rate. This is the second car I have purchased from Gene Langan Volkswagen and I expect there will be more in the future.

The sales team at the dealership was extremely helpful and time efficient with helping me find the right car for my use-case. The people there all have very positive attitudes and are willing to work with you to help with your concerns. They are very flexible with loan payment plans and warranties.

Buying your first car seems pretty intimidating as it is..then I added the pressure of falling in love with a car that was in a completely different state! Thankfully my first experience with buying a car went smoother than expected. Tyler Martocci was wonderful to work with!!!! He made sure I had everything I needed gathered and sent ahead of time so that when I arrived my car was ready for me. :) I thank him for his patience and kindness. I highly recommend Gene Langan Volkwagen in Glastonbury to anyone looking for a great experience in or out of state!!
