Had 100,000 service on my perfect (up to now) 2012 F150, including new plugs, fluids, brakes, etc. Drove off the lot, and it stuttered up hills under power. Called them several days later when the problem wouldn't go away as I was hoping (and I had been traveling on business), and they said take it in, which I did. Ran the computer and said, well you need #2 and #5 coils for about $370. But, I said, it was perfect when I brought it in and unfortunately, got nowhere with customer service when I pleaded my case. Emailed Mike Monaco general manager- no response. Emailed Ford customer relations- no response. took it to my friendly local mechanic; the #2 spark plug was cracked and that was the problem! it was the best vehicle I ever owned, followed by one of the worst service experiences I've had. Never again. By the way, I think this is my first review ever. And I've told at least a dozen friends the story. They can't believe how nice I am.

I have experience with both Service and Sales. Service has always been up top notch, you pay a little more because it is a dealership but they stand behind their work. Sales is reasonable, the house may always win but you don't leave feeling like you lost, and they have always had the best pricing I have found.

I have been a customer of Monaco Ford for years, have always had a top notch experience every employee from sales to service is friendly inviting and makes you feel at home. The new dealership renovation came out amazing thank you to the Monaco family and staff for always being helpful no matter how big or small the matter may be. Best car buying experience imaginable!

I'm took my f350 in to be fixed talked with Jay Granato and got me all taken care of. I'm giving him 5 star rating very nice to deal with and honest which is even better. If your having problems with you vehicle definitely talk to him. My truck runs great.

We took delivery of our new 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum two weekends ago. The vehicle is awesome, very filled with quality workmanship and attention to detail. The people at Monaco Ford are top notch. Everyone involved in this deal couldn't have been more professional, honest and fair. Greg Smith was our sales person and he continues to do an outstanding job. The Monaco Family has much to be proud of, their entire staff treated us with respect and admiration throughout this entire deal. My family has purchased several vehicles from Monaco Ford in the past and we will continue to do so, this dealership is outstanding!
