So impressed.   Spoke with Eric this morning, to order Congratulatory flowers for my daughter.  He was courteous, knowledgeable, and had good ideas/recommendations.  Ordered at 9:15 am my daughter had them in hand by 3:30.   Best of all she loved them!  Thank you Eric for helping me make her day special.

I had to write to you and I hardly ever do this. My friend has raved about her orchid that I sent her in October, and it is still blooming at the end of November. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in helping me make the selection. The added touch of butterflies was very special to my friend . Thank you very, very much for your service. My experience was so over the top that I had to leave feedback.  I had originally order a basket to go out and was told by a customer service rep, at the last minute, that they wouldn't be able to deliver the gift.  I was beyond disappointed and couldn't swallow the fact that the gift would not be delivered on my mother's birthday on behalf of my children.  I called place after place and couldn't find a single soul to help me seeing that it was already 3:30 p.m.  After many "no, sorry"'s and being hung up on, I finally spoke to a woman at this establishment, Judy.  She saved me.  She went above and beyond to help me get a bouquet of flowers delivered for me by the end of the same day.  She was not only a life savor but a creator of art.  The bouquet was nothing less than perfect.  She not only made my mother's birthday perfect but made my day equally perfect.  I would recommend this Florist over any other.  Better than an internet based company in my opinion, the freshest scented flowers with a touch of heart felt emotion goes a long way.  These are the kind of people that make any business proud and successful.  I will definitely use this florist again.  I hope everyone does too.  Thank you.

The wife loved the roses and silver vase for Valentine’s day.  I have finally found a florist I can trust and start using for all my flower orders.  The prices are comparable to all of the other florists in Naples.  I simply went online picked out what I wanted and that was what was ordered, I love when that happens.  Although I received a confirmation email, I still called just to double check and they were very friendly and helpful.

Happy Wife happy life!!!!!
