My fiancee and I visited Midtown flowers to have an arrangement made for my grandmother.  When I mentioned how much I wanted to spend, he and his assistant took time and put care into the bouquet, that turned out amazing.  We spoke during the process, and while I am a Pats fan, and him a Fins fan, we got along just fine.  Even recommended a local Boston sports bar nearby (which unfortunately I could not visit in my limited time visit).  Great job, great shop, keep up the great work!

Terrible.  Ordered flowers that were never delivered and I never received any email confirmation (yes, checked junk mail).  I called a day later and spoke to a pretty rude woman that said "we don't deliver that far".  That was her answer.  No apologies, they didn't care.  Keep up the professionalism, guys!

I really hate to be the first person to write a review lower than 5 stars :(  I live in St. Louis, and needed to send flowers to my bosses' wife in Naples for their 30th anniversary.  I searched around Naples using google maps and read a BUNCH of reviews for different florist around the area.  I landed on Midtown Flowers because they had amazing reviews!  I went over to their website and placed an order for $170 bouquet and the website said I had 3 hours to place the order to qualify for 'same-day' delivery.  I'm not sure if Midtown didn't have the particular flowers on hand when I ordered, but my bosses' wife didn't get the arrangement until the next morning :(   I asked my boss if he had received any email or call  from Midtown indicating the flowers wouldn't be delivered the same day I placed the order and he said no one reached out to him about a delay.  This was upsetting because the all over the website they advertise 'same-day delivery'.  I wouldn't be so upset if Midtown tried to reach out to my boss/me to let us know there was a delay in delivery... I would have rather chosen another bouquet then had the same bouquet delivered a day after their anniversary.  My advice:  If you're betting on same-day delivery, don't assume it will happen just because the website told you so.  Give them a follow-up call!!!

Amazing customer service! I live in NH and I placed an order online to be delivered to my mother in Naples. I received a phone call from the owner on the day of delivery... they had received a bad batch of flowers, the particular flowers I had ordered. He wanted to check with me before making any adjustments to the arrangement I ordered. I really appreciated his care and concern. And the flowers my mother received were gorgeous! She was so thrilled at the appearance and the fresh fragrance of the arrangement. Thank you, Midtown Flowers (and Bob) for your wonderful service! I've already recommended you to others and will definitely be doing business with you in the future.

At 1:30 p.m I was informed about our daughter's good news.  I called Midtown and asked if flowers could be delivered same day.  Bob indicated they were swamped and would be unable to deliver until following day.  I told him I understood and had just learned of event- he asked me for her address and said he would fit her in.  I told Bob I understood it was late in day for the order but he said he would take care of it.   I assume the arrangement will be lovely based on previous customer reviews.  Midtown will be my go-to florist based on my customer experience with Bob!  Thank you!
