My daughter sent my wife and me flowers from this florist and two days later they were falling over and dying. My wife took them back to the florist and the woman agreed they were old flowers and replaced them. Three days later these flowers were falling over, dropping pedals on the table, and dying. My wife called again and talked to the same woman, who blamed it on us saying well maybe we weren't changing the water everyday and she didn't know what the problem was, but too bad. My wife told her we buy flowers from Trader Joe's and other grocery stores frequently and their flowers don't die after a few days and the woman actually told my wife that maybe my daughter should buy us flowers from Trader Joe's next time! After this experience, I would NEVER step foot in this florist and would strongly recommend anyone considering using this flower shop not throw their money down the drain by spending it on flowers that obviously are old from the beginning - not to mention the rudeness and unwillingness of this woman to stand behind her product.

Fantastic! Floral Encores created two beautiful "emergency" boutonnieres for my daughter and her friend's prom dates! Thanks so much for making the girls look like they ordered in advance! ;)

Great customer service! When an online company let me down they were able to deliver flowers in less than an hour! My mom absolutely loved her basket of flowers.. just lovely! Thank you for going above and beyond when no one else would!

Received a large plant delivered as a gift. Was too big for my unit and they were happy to exchange it for a smaller plant. They even threw in some fresh cut flowers to even the $$ which was unnecessary but nice.
