I have been a customer for several years. Gene's Automotive is great. They are skilled, capable and honest. David, Jerry, and Danny are great guys. I have a great relationship with them. As a single woman I need to have a good, solid mechanic. Life in LA would not work without that!! In years past I had the insecurity of poor mechanics. No longer! I trust the guys at Gene's and highly recommend them. They keep my two older vehicles safely on the road. Don't listen to a couple of dissatisfied complainers. Go see for yourself.

Best shop in town. They have kept my cars  running for years and helped guide me when buying a new car!

Wow, what a amazing experience for  car repair. I took my Toyota to Genes Automotive and they were so honest and efficient. The manager explained the problem and fixed it and the price he quoted was spot on. They fixed the problem  another local  auto shop messed up. Its nice to do business with honest people. I will be a customer for life!

Never again Gene's.  Wildly inaccurate quote leading to a bill that was 30% higher then promised.  The job also took over a week longer then promised.  Also, miss information given about options and goosed parts prices.  The manager David was not willing to work it out at all.  I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and I have referred them to others over the years - but not anymore.
