Do NOT take your care here!  We paid $$$ to have an engine replaced because they said that our timing belt needing re-done and because it would be cheaper to pull up the engine might as well replace it. A year later the timing belt needed to be replaced AGAIN. We took it somewhere else-and guess what-6 months later?  The replaced engine has frozen.  Do not trust these people!

UNPROFESSIONAL!! i called the day before to schedule a alignment. i show up the next day and call the front office as soon as i pulled up to the shop, i call the front desk to ask where i can park. i tell the person over the phone i was there for an alignment and the guy over the phone says "oh! i told you to come?...im swamped can you come later" VERY unprofessional as if i dont have anything else to do, it seems like they do not have any type of scheduling system there...i took off time at work and now i cant get that time back. plus their alignment coupon makes no sense.. $49.99 coupon but adjusting camber and caster is extra...what?? thats what alignment is part of...so its just a scheme to get people in...i will never do business with them and of course recommend them to anyone.

Professional con artists; During an AC check up they removed 134a refrigerant from my vehicle and tried to sell it back to me, when less then 24 before taking it in I had the whole system fully charged with 134a. To avoid any more BS I paid for their "time" and left. Immediately after I left my AC system stopped working completely. Manager, Ishmael and kid at the front desk had the worst customer service I've encountered at an auto shop. Go anywhere but here.

GOT SCAMMED! PUT IN JUNK YARD ENGINE INSTEAD OF 50,000 JAPANESE ENGINE THEY PROMISED!
Three months after having to replace our engine because of a blown head gasket...our car mysteriously blows another head gasket. I wanted to trust them and give them the benefit of the doubt and so we took the car back over there to discuss what could of happened to cause the car to overheat on a new engine three months later. The owner refused to admit he had done anything wrong. Some how we lost all our coolant in the car and reservoir in three months and the car overheated...and actually just barely over heated. WEIRD that the head gasket gets cracked after just barely over heating one time??? AND NOW...this week our car is having trouble starting. My dad works on cars and says it has to be the spark plugs or distributor cap. A 50,000 mile Japanese engine should not have bad spark plugs and distributor cap. 
THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE!!!

Ladies, you can take your car here and not feel like they're going to take advantage of you. I love "General Auto Repair!" They have honest recommendations. They tell you what parts need to be fixed right away and what can wait. This is helpful. They work quick and efficiently. They charge reasonable rates. Based on there last recommendations, I researched a part and found a better deal at a different store. From there, all I had to do was pay them to install it. NOW that's service! I recommend them to everyone. 

If you experienced bad mechanics, YOU KEEP GOING TO THE GOOD ONES!
