Really great service. I had to jump my car to get it started so I drove it to Robert's - without any appointment. The customer service rep came out to help me immediately by testing the battery, starter, and alternator. Thankfully I just needed a new battery. They installed it right away and I was back on the road in about 20 min. All around a great experience.

I love my Jeeps. I was referred to this shop about 19 years ago . I love them .  Honest and reliable.  My first Jeep was in such good condition at 9 years old (maintained by Roberts) that I was able to sell it for what I paid for it.  Now my bigger Jeep only goes to them for service (it is over 10 years old now).  I feel comfortable asking/calling them with any questions.  Always great customer service and I always recommend them.

Was very easy to deal with. Got me in right away. Shot me straight on what was the issue and resolved it. Will be using them again

Had my truck dropped off at Robert's by AAA after the engine overheated. Was quoted over $3800 for parts and labor as they said the head gasket was damaged and parts needed to be machined on top of the water pump and thermostat being replaced. Truck was towed to another mechanic and fixed for under $700 as the water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced - no other fixes required. I was told that a block test, which Robert's said they ran, was near impossible to run with a broken water pump. 

Normally I let bad experiences be just that but when something could have cost me an $3,100 extra that wasn't needed others should know.

My advice - if you get an estimate that is 4 figures make sure you have AAA so you can have it towed for free for another opinion. It saved me a lot of money and time.

these are simply awesome. Very organized and corteous and the quality of work is exceptional. Most guys working here are long time employees and that is a big plus
