The company is over-priced for the services that they give you. We had them come into our place and the technician that they sent out had no idea what he was doing, we had to explain how our system worked, and where things were on the system. We had extra charges on our bill for someone else to drive and the technician left for over 2 hours which we were charged for to get a part and we got included in our bill a charge for someone else to drive and meet him. The "president" told us something completely different than the technician and he wasnt even there. They charge you a fee for the truck, equiptment, and tools that the technician didnt even use. The technician was on his cell phone the majority of the time that he was supposed to be working on our system. When contacting the office the staff was rude and stand by their outrageous prices and sent a letter to us 1 week later stating if we didnt pay the full amount (almost $2000) within 30 days they were sending it to collections and putting a lien on our property. They didnt even fix what they came to fix instead the technician fixed things that there were no problems with. He was supposed to work in our attic and instead worked in our back room instead. I have 30 years experience in working on houses including pipeing and such and when telling the president of the company that I had to explain to the technician how and what our system was he mocked me and my staff by saing if I was an expert than why didnt I fix the problem myself. I am very unsatisfied and think that all this company is out for is money.
