Rob just left our house and I just would like to say what an enjoyable experience.  I felt like one of his employees.  He allowed me to stay and watch as he fixed our gas fireplace.  The prices were reasonable and better than most.  He was very thorough as he explained what he was going to do and explained throughout the job.   It was a great learning experience, plus he was very friendly.  I know that if our family needs any furnace-air-fireplace work in the future this is the company we will be calling first. Exceptional service! Our furnace died unexpectedly and we were without heat for several days while we argued with our home warranty company over coverage. Rob met us in person at short notice and took the time to educate us on our options. More importantly, he helped us find a system that was optimal for our home and within our budget. 

Rob and his team were prompt and efficient. The quality of the install is second to none—our furnace is a thing of beauty and works great. After the furnace install, Rob even took the time to hang a door to our basement—something that had been on my to-do lost for weeks (and probably would have so for several weeks more but for Rob’s thoughtful assistance). 

You can really sense a feeling of pride that goes into S&R’s work. Rob’s customer service and attention to detail is a rarity. We feel very lucky to have found S&R—highly recommended!

Great experience!  New furnace and air conditioning system.  Owner spent several hours at the house to determine the best system and answer my questions.  On installation day both owners and their crew were working.  The installation looks great and the house is very comfortable in heat and cold.  Also installed a water softener and bathroom fans which work great!  Recommend 100%.

They are very thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Scott installed gas for our cook-top and even took the time to suggest how electrical outlets or a strip could be added to the island. Very cordial and respectful of one's time as well.  We will refer to them again in future projects.

I was referred to Scott from my boss, and I’m glad I did.  My furnace was really, really old (like original to the house-1967).  It was dangerous and needed to be replaced.  Scott was honest about what needed to be done and how much it would cost.  There were no hidden fees.  He also realized I was on a budget and was willing to work with it the best he could.  While my old furnace worked intermittently, he knew I basically didn’t have heat.  His crew had a new furnace installed just days after he inspected my old furnace.  His crew did a wonderful job on the installation and Scott followed up to ‘fine tune’ it and correct a few small things.  He and his crew pay attention to details and get the job done right.  I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience.  If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional heating and cooling contractor, you have found it!
