Wow! I thought customer service was a thing of the past! White Bear Heating and Cooling has proven that customer service is alive and well and important to their business. Their prices are more than reasonable and the service we received from Ty and Richard was first class! I really appreciated them taking the time to explain what our furnace needed. It is so awesome to have a local business you can trust. Thank you!

Our 53 year-old boiler stopped working yesterday. I first called another company. The other company informed me that my boiler was too old to be repaired and that I would need a new boiler at a cost of $6,000-8,000. I then called White Bear Heating and Cooling for a second opinion. They showed up at my house about 30 minutes later and the boiler was completely repaired in about 2 hours for a fraction of the cost of replacement. I was incredibly impressed with the level of service, their responsiveness (it was below freezing outside) and their honesty. I highly recommend White Bear Heating and Cooling.

White Bear Heating and Cooling rescued our family when our old furnace needed to be replaced! Because our disabled daughter was cold and because they are great people, they did the installation at night after they had already had a long day. They were pleasant and professional, and their price was very reasonable. We are glad we have found such wonderful company for our AC and heating needs!
