Don't waste your time.  Very rude and unprofessional treatment by the office help.  Dentist did poor work, too.  

I always paid as I went along for about 2 or 3 visits.  Months later I get a $70.00 bill.  They said they'd take care of it and I get another bill several months after that.  

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to say this.  There seems to be a dominate air of anger in this place and I got the brunt end of it.

I had a great experience at gentle dental. Went in with an abcessed tooth, and they took it out the same day. No pain, very nice people, and overall perfect job!

My mom went here today and she came back so upset because Mary in the Prescott office took xrays without putting the lead apron on her.  My mom pointed to it and said "were you suppose to put that on me" and she said "oh, I'm so sorry, I forgot".  And when Dr. Wilkinson was looking at her previous crown, he said "wow this crown looks so good, I don't even think I could do that good of a job"  She got up and walked out.

Very rude called to get some info for a mutual patient and tiffany, I believe her name was, was very rude while I was trying to help THEIR patient!!

Worst experience at a dentist very rude staff from the start. They have one amazing women that works there but the problem is there a few that are just very rude and don't give you the time an attention you deserve.
