I've been extremely impressed with everything about Prescott Dentistry.  The facility is beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere.  The reception area staff is friendly and welcoming.  Dr. Thompson took time to thoroughly explain everything and answered all my questions. The hygienist and technicians I encountered were equally friendly and explained everything they were doing.  I've had nothing but positive experiences.

Dr. Thompson is an incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly dentist. Our kids love coming, and so do we. He commands the latest in technology and goes above and beyond to take care of his patients. He also served in the Army and loves to take care of veterans.

This dentistry is so wonderful. I have had the pleasure of having both Dr. Montes and Dr. Thompson who are both super friendly and have the utmost concern for patient care. The ladies in the staff are also amazing and always make me feel comfortable.

Friendly staff, prompt service and great dental care. My most recent visits included a dental cleaning and a tiny filling without anesthesia - no pain. 🙂

I love this dentist but I just made an emergency appointment and they scheduled it for me without checking if the time was okay that day (which of course it wasn't ) now I have to wait two more days on top of the four I already wait. My front tooth is broken and my nerve is exposed I can't eat most foods                    RE:the staff at this place  Cares more than most workers at more places do nowadays once I wrote this review they made every effort to make everything right and I completely respect that due to the lack of customer service in most establishments now a days a littl customer service goes a long way
