The TL:DR version of this is simple.  Gentle Giant is a company you absolutely SHOULD HIRE for your moving needs!  Now the longer version.  I worked with the expertise of Ryan, Zack, and Dex.  All three of these gentlemen were both very professional and personable.  This is a difficult balance to strike when it comes to the field of the customer service, but all three of these amazing men nailed it.  Ryan called me when they were on there way and again when they were about five minutes out.  We were still in the process of packing when they arrived, but it didn't discourage them.  They helped out and got everything out of our old apartment in a timely manner.  When we arrived at our new place roughly 100 miles away, everything was delivered in pristine condition.  We were originally told this type of move couldn't be pulled off in a single day, but these three gentlemen did it.  All while keeping a positive attitude the entire time.  All this at half the price it cost us to move the last time around with 10x the care and quality.  To sum it up, if you aren't hiring the services of Gentle Giant for all of your moving needs, you're doing it wrong.  If we ever need to move again, they will be the first call I make. I wish I could give more stars.  Best. Moving. Company. Ever.  After 15 years of moving in the military, I can safely say that Gentle Giant is the best moving company out there.   I received an initial walk-through estimate which was realistic, provided helpful tips on how to prepare my household goods for moving, and offered a variety of options not just the most expensive.  The consultant mentioned that the company prides themselves on having fit, energetic movers, and he wasn't kidding.  The moving team were all in great shape, had very positive attitudes, and they run from the truck to the house to save on labor costs based on time!  One of the movers, who had worked previously with one of the big international brands, said it's because they are taken care of as employees, and it shows.  For military:  Use Gentle Giant for a full PPM previously called DITY.  They offer a military discount, and will provide all the necessary weight tickets.  You will undoubtedly come out on top working with this company.

Great experience. Very efficient. Wrapped our furniture with blankets and provided good care to all our items. Will plan to use again for our next move.

I went through home advisor. Made an appointment but it was cancelled because the company never responded. Very disappointed.
