This is your typical George Webb. However, the staff is especially nice and love what they do. If you are looking for a fine china sit down place with linem tablecloths, then George Webb in general is not for you. But, if you are looking for an old time diner that serves the best comfort foods in Germantown then this is the place for you.

I ordered to pick up and when I called, the lady sounded like I just woke her up. She sounded sick over the phone which made me skeptical. I was about to just cancel my order but I decided to just continue with my order. When I arrived to pick up my order, she was wiping her nose with her hands and was clearly sick. I ended up throwing away my food as soon as I got to my office. DISGUSTING!

Walked in, and no one there. The waiter was very friendly and made a fresh pot of coffee for me. The food was prepared quickly and had no issues on how it was cooked. People started coming in as I was finishing up. Did have a friendly diner feel to it.

Had a real poor experience at this location last night. I walk in @ about 9:30pm with a couple of friends and immediately was greeted very unprofessionally by one of the staff members. He told us that it would be about 10 or 15 minutes before we would be able to order drinks because there was a shift change about to take place. I take a look around and there are 3 guys sitting down who have already eaten and another couple finishing their food. Not busy in the slightest. We sit down and immediately look for alternatives for dinner. The icing on the cake is that the staff member that informed us he wouldn't be able to get to us, was on the phone talking about cars. So we leave and the guy seemed thankful. Wouldn't be surprised if this location closed down soon if this is how its being run.

Always good food but slow and short staffed. Good service just takes awhile.
