They went back on deals they made. They take forever to get vehicles done. I have had 2 vehicles there since November and September  of 2016 and have still not been done. They sold a $2600 spare engine of mine and are trying to screw over my 70 yr old grandparents. They let an employee steal cab lights out of my truck. They have not done quality work. They replaced a engine in one of my trucks and and didn't put new front and rear main seals in it like they were suppose to and now my truck is back in the shop leaking 5 qt a day and has been there for 3 months when holly told me they would have it in that week and still it sets unmoved. Both me and my grandparents had to go buy another vehicle because we have not gotten ours back from this shop. They have uncertified guys working on customers vehicles. George is the only one there that has certificates. It's not a matter of trying to please everyone, you are trying to charge storage fees for cars you haven't fix, and stealing and selling customers personal property is not a good way to go about pleasing them.

i am a single mom who is going to school full time and and working full time. so when i need work done, i have to save up to do so. I brought my 95 suburban to george to have a tune up and a coolant leak fixed. It was almost like nothing was done on my vehicle and i paid them my hard saved money. and after reading that other review about george being the only certified mechanic there, it makes since on why the job wasnt done right because i had to take it to another shop and this guy had to completely redo everything george said he had done to it. I really expected better than what i got. i will no longer bring my vehicle here nor will i refer anyone their either. i will do the opposite
