Story

Georgetown Piano Bar is a new venue in the long-standing tradition of live music in Georgetown, but with a twist. We combine the passion of Washingtonians for music and being involved. Who wouldn’t want to be in a bar where the entertainment is great and you are part of it? It was established by four people who have enjoyed piano bars in the past – a piano bar manager, a piano bar entertainer, a former piano bar employee, and an executive that has darkened the door of piano bars around the world. We are all people who did not dream of building a restaurant or a bar, but a piano bar. We built Georgetown Piano Bar around the entertainment and involvement rather than adding a piano to a restaurant and bar. Our clientele are people who want to be part of the night as opposed to just being part of the background. Don’t know the words? We provide them.
