From the outset, I was impressed by Candi's responsiveness, candor, and  professionalism. Candi essentially shepherded me through the entire purchase process, while motivating greater transparency from my chosen lender. In addition, as an out-of-state buyer, her assistance and profound expertise proved indispensable.  Though I was fairly confident that my very first viewing was "the one for me", Candi insisted that I view a few more options, just to ensure that I was absolutely comfortable with my choice. To establish context, I am a niche buyer, with very specific requirements. Suitable alternatives are seldom found within close or reasonable geographic proximity. However, Candi expressed absolutely no objections to facilitating these other viewings, when identified. All that mattered was that I was totally satisfied with my final decision. 
Candi policed all contingencies in my contract, and basically was responsible for keeping my lender on their toes, avoiding potential default. What really moved me most of all was her expressed offer to reduce her commission, while seeking to finalize the transaction in my interest. She is an honest, selfless,  highly motivated professional, who offers many value-added services. It was a genuine pleasure working with Candi, and I wish it was possible to tack on an extra star here, because she certainly earned it in each category!

Cary Blumenfeld made my first home buying experience an incredibly smooth process. His expertise in the Atlanta area and extensive client history have given him exactly the right degree of know-how to guide me through my home search. For each home we visited, Cary provided detailed information about the area, the building and its management company. When more details were necessary he readily went after the answers from the sellers. He definitely took care of me, going above and beyond to ensure I didn't leave with questions unanswered! It was enjoyable spending time with him as we discussed options and different properties to explore. His fun, outgoing personality is infectious!

All of this makes Cary the perfect realtor for your home search!

After seeing so many amazing reviews, I feel compelled to share my story. Cary and I grew up together… And it's no wonder that so many people have had such a wonderful experiences with this man.  One of my favorite reviews I've seen this far is the statement saying he is aggressive in the best sense of the word. He wants the business, and he does everything possible to build repeat customers and new customers of those friends and family members. I witnessed my sister purchased through Cary a few months ago. You never knew that Cary had so many other clients because he made you feel like you were the only one. Growing up and it Georgia, he has such a vast knowledge of properties and areas in which said properties are safe, growing, and solid investments. I made multiple trips during my sisters house  buying process and I can tell you that I even felt like I was purchasing a home.  

Buying a home doesn't have to be scary when  you're buying with Cary.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with David Blumenfeld when buying our first home together. We were looking in an area to which we were both fairly new, so having David's guidance really helped us. He found us the perfect home (which I thought was impossible) and we've been here one year now. David not only helped us buy a wonderful home, but also helped us find a good lender to make the process even easier. He's kept in touch even after the sale and is such a kind-hearted person. I highly recommend using this company, and especially David.

"FANTASTIC service all due to Cary Blumenfeld! When I moved to Atlanta I did not know the area, just that I needed to live close to my job. Cary took endless trips with me to view different locations and help me decide what was the best area for me and the best purchase. Cary went above and  beyond and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and treated me with respect, fairness, friendliness and was completely professional and caring - an awesome combination! It took some time to find the right place but Cary keep my spirits up and made the experience painless and successful!!"
