My wife and I had put an offer in on a home in the greater ATL area for our new family. After putting in an offer and Sue M. Feagin contacted us  the same evening of 3/1/17 to tell us the Seller accepted our offer. My wife and I were excited and thrilled for our first home that we can grow in and raise our newborn child. We had begun to share with are families this great news, then the following morning Agent Sue M. Feagin re-contacted us this morning on 3/2/17 and stated that they withdrawn their acceptance. I find this very disheartening and very unprofessional that she'd even go forth and communicate something to us and then advise to her client that it was okay to renege. If you are considering buying or selling a home I advise against using Sue M. Feagin as she lacks the professional integrity of verbal agreement.

Thank you Winter for being a great role model and mentor.  You inspire me to be the best I can be!  With the  knowledge you have shared and the tools you have provided in RE I know now there is no limit to what I can do for my clients! I was not exactly sure what to expect when I began working with Winter, as I have worked with real estate agents before and have not been impressed with them. Winter Baserva, however, helped me buy a house and was extremely helpful during the process. She persuaded the sellers to accept our offer, which was considerably lower than the list price, and was very efficient and  incredibly fast in responding to my e-mails. I doubt if any real estate agent could have done any better and I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

Winter is one of the most honest and knowledgable agents in the business. She is truly a pleasure to work with. Being a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous about the whole process and did not know what to expect. Winter made my home buying process an absolute breeze! She walked me through each step and helped me get into my dream home. I would recommend her to anyone!
