As a tenant, I would be more concerned about homeowners working with this company more than anything. Your property is their least concern. We have been tenants at our place for more than a year, and it's been very interesting. For example, we had standing water in the basement that eventually turned into a flood for 3 weeks. After we filed the first maintenance request, we waited a week a not one vendor showed- the water worsened. We called to get someone out immediately. Amy advised that I called the plumbers myself because they sent an email out with their information so I guess it's out of property frameworks hands... HORRIBLE customer service. They eventually came to fix the issue, but didn't send someone to get the water up. When I called Amy back she then advised me that I should take a broom and sweep the water out the door myself and set some fans out since the basement is concrete. This is just one horrible example of how they could care less how the job is done as long as it is done. WE as tenants are responsible for this property. Any damages would be coming out of OUR security deposit for their laziness. This company is ridiculous. After discussing with Amy that this situation is not my responsibility and you all need to come do the job right, she huffed and puffed and eventually sent out a vendor to get the water up. The customer service here is horrible. We are still waiting for someone to come fix our kitchen sink. It's been 2 weeks. I understand they may deal with a lot of things, but we are  not difficult people. We just want things done the way they are suppose to be for the sake this property that is not ours. This company sends out sub-par vendors that match their standards. Please do not rent or have our property through this company. It's more of a hassle than you know.

My family and I rented a house through Property Frameworks for three-and-a-half years and had a very positive experience.  Any time there was a maintenance issue with our home, the company had a vendor out to the house quickly to solve the problem at no charge to us.  The staff are friendly and helpful.  I have and will continue to recommend renting with Property Frameworks.

As an owner of these properties, it has been an extreme pleasure working with Misty and her team. I have received a surplus of feedback from co-workers, builders, and brokers of how great it has been working with them. Highly recommend using them as your Property Management team and renting with them!

I've been a vendor with Property Frameworks for 9 years and have always known the staff to be good, caring people. Maintaining multiple properties is no easy task. I commend the job Property Frameworks does.
