Absolutely the worst!!! Call and put on hold for 1 hour and get hung up on, this has happened another time before... Then when I finally talk to someone, I get transferred to about 3 other people and they all say something TOTALLY different!! It’s so frustrating, it’s like they’re trying to make you say forget it or something because I know that the revenue service can’t be this incompetent!!!!!

I can't believe it, I only had to wait about 15 minutes for a response and Lisa N. was so pleasant. She assisted me and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Great job!

Read the prior reviews; and was very concerned, that my own issues may go UN-recognized, and receive a UN-receptive person there, at the Georgia Department of Revenue. People will post a negative, and forget about the Good! This Good, needs to be brought to light! Mrs. Bianca Hurt answered the phone, very close to the end of the Day, and was as Bright and Cheery as a new Day! Spoke with her, and expressed to her the sever corruption my special needs son and i have endured in the Family Law judicial system in Cobb county, and she was very sympathetic, and provided Healthy solutions to a negative situation. I applaud her efforts! and commend her for her receptiveness, and recommendations!
