They love to hold your return and give you wrong information twice trying to keep your money. Georgia's government is a scam. I have now been told two different fax numbers to send them my w2 since my return has been in review for close to 60 days, and neither fax number is right.

This will now be my third day trying to call the number you guys recommended First two times I was on hold till you guys closed. Hopefully today they aren't slacking like everyday. Horrible services. If I owed you guys money you would financially attack me. Crappy horrible, makes me wish I didn't live in ga. What is the purpose of this office? To hand out Louzy phone numbers.

Tax refund being held for "review." Have tried calling the 877 number for 2 days now. have been on hold for over 5 hours and STILL HAVEN'T HAD ANYONE ANSWER THE F-ING PHONE !!!!!!! Funny how they play games when they owe you money but if it were the other way around they would be tracking you down like a convict. Maybe one day the tax code will be done away with and every one of these sorry SOB's will put out of a job. I'll be surprised if this actually gets posted. Heaven forbid anyone say anything negative about this organization.
