Unresponsive and no ending results. Old delapitated houses on my street with windows and doors missing.Old cars on blocks and grass high. Entire street is an eyesore! City of Atlanta code enforcement a total joke!!! No help at all called​ several times and no results. Incompetent and city officials that could care less about certain neighborhoods in the city of Atlanta. A headache dealing with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CODE IS PRETTY MUCH ON THE OTHER SIDE WITH THE GUILTY PARTYS,THEY ALLOW UP TOO A WHOLE MONTH FOR SLUM/LORDS TO DO A WHOLE PLACE IN A MONTH,,AN STILL DONT GET IT DONE,,,I WOULD THINK BED-BUGS ARE A MAJOR ISSUES,BUT ITS NOT TO CODE''YOU WOULD THINK UN-COVERD BREAKER BOXES WOULD B MAJOR TO CODE BUT ITS NOT,REGARDLESS TO WEATHER KIDS ARE IN THE HSE ARE NOT,,CHIPPED PAINT,UN-SECURED DOORS,DOORS FALLING DOWN OFF HENGES,NO ITS NOT IMPORTANT,,THEY ONLY GO BY THE BOOK OF CODE'S WHICH WE AS A PPL MAY NEVER SEE''UNTIL IT HIT THE NEWS,,THEN CODE BE THE 1'ST TO SPEAK,,,IF I"CUD HAVE' I WUD HAVE"ARE I SHUD HAVE""(PLEASE)SO FOR NOW CODE IS LIKE THE DECALB CAPPER COPS TO ME!!(MY OPINION))

Called the office to try and get some information on a property I'm looking to purchase. There were people talking loudly in the background making it very difficult to hear what the person on the phone was saying. A problem exacerbated by the fact that he mumbled profusely. Very unprofessional and ultimately unhelpful as they were unable to provide me with any information whatsoever.
