Called at 10:30 this morning. I'm still on the phone waiting to confirm some info. I had to skip lunch with my dad waiting on you guys slow service. Its been over 8 weeks since I filed and somehow I'm still in review. Thanks for your dedication and consideration to the people. My fridge is empty and I need to pay off my probation so I can become a rescue swimmer. My life is waiting on this and you guys are back chilling taking your sweet time. Imagine you go to get some food, you get in line make an order but the waitress says "sorry, all cooks are assisting other customers, please hold" I bet you wouldn't want to wait 2 to 4 hours.

I filed my tax return on March 28, 2016 and have yet to receive my refund. Here it is July 22nd. Can't get information on the "Check Refund" on the Website. It says not able to identify. Tried to set up account to receive transcripts; same message, can't identify. I have filed tax returns for the past 50 years. Why is it I don't have an identity with the IRS?

Filed May 4th 2016.....Just a waste of time...My situation is identity theft with my young one ...so i was told to send in documentation since June 4th 2016...I have been calling since then and was told to keep re-sending...I purchased USPS tracking and it is going to the same location that they advised me to send it to..I called into the local office and was advised that i can set up and appoint but it wont be until almost 4 weeks from now. Not only when you call into the office you are on hold for almost 45 min. it doesn't matter if you call before they open or later on in the day...When you do call they are so rude and unprofessional..they talk over you and give you the same dumb responses as all the other representatives. they have no communication skills, customer service, empathy or any sympathy for the consumer. They suck! suck! suck!...they need to be retrained on the whole process...I also called back several times to be advised that my documents were received but since they do't know how to get into contact with the service center then i need to do there job and resend again and again & again...When they want there money they get it ...but when we need ours it takes years for them to start the process...I didn't want to give them any stars but i cant leave a review without one...the whole process is just confusing and very frustrating....

Filed February 2nd. Today is July 24th, NO REFUND YET. Called 7 times. Only spoke to an actual person 3 out of those 7 times. Usually got the, "too many callers" response. Visited office once. You must call to schedule an appointment. Even more frustrating. After calling to schedule the appointment, the operator gave me the run around. Then I was finally told that they made an error on their end. I had to wait 9 weeks just for an UPDATE. Smh, July 23rd was when I was supposed to receive that update. Still no update as of July 24th. Where is my refund???

I let these guys do my taxes and it took 3-4 months to hear anything back. But let me owe money and they will be contacting you the very next day.
