The city just spent $$$$ on renovating this park. Now there is a huge grassy area with a sidewalk all around it.  There is a slide, 2 hammocks, and a rope jungle gym.  They were still working on the covered pavilion when I took these photos.  The older section of the park has covered picnic tables and 2 huge play-sets for the kids.  There is some parking at the end of Georgian Drive West. Such awesome improvements to this park that is walking distance for the residents of the East side of Ashford Park Neighborhood and the surrounding Chamblee neighbors!

This park is located in a great neighborhood. The families that live here are what make it so great of course! There are two different sections of the park that have beautiful scenery, two rivers, (one for each section) and a safe playground area for kids to enjoy.

They just redid the park. Its got 2 new hammocks, a new slide, tunnel, climbing ropes, and a little half basketball court. But oddly - no parking. Thats ok tho, just park on the neighborhood streets.
