Ordered Deluxe pizza. NOTHING deluxe about it. It was a pepperoni pizza with 2 slices of mushrooms and 2 green peppers on it. There MAY have been a tiny piece of sausage on it. Those miniscule items cost me an extra $8. Ripping off customers is a great way to go out of business. I'd say their $7 pepperoni pizza is probably worth it though.

30 minute wait for burnt chicken tenders AND Joni fries. Like how do you mess up chicken tenders?? Their wings were nasty too; I definitely prefer the Richmond location over this location. Deformed undercooked chicken wings, highly disappointed.

All food was burnt . We ordered 4 different things and they burnt . Not a first time. We will not back again . Period .Food: 1/5

I've been eating Georgio's for most of my life, having grown up in the heights, and I've always liked them... This location today, though, was absolutely awful to my friend and me. My friend ordered me a pizza because I've been sick, with no cheese he didn't select any cheese choices in the Slice app and there was no "No Cheese" choice, because I'm lactose intolerant. When they delivered me a pizza with cheese, he called them to ask for a refund or replacement, and instead of just eating the couple bucks of cost, they blamed him for not saying "no cheese" in the message. They refused to give a refund, and told him to call the app he used. He did this, and the app rep called them with him on the phone. The Georgio's employee they spoke to at this point called my friend a liar for pointing out that one of the employees admitted to not reading his message, then hung up on him when  he got angry about them calling him one.  After he called again, they agreed to re-deliver the pizza, something they could have done in the first place... and when that 2nd pizza was delivered, it didn't have any chicken on it, despite that being in the original order you can see it in the first photo. I'm eating it anyway, because it's been hours since the original order. It's amazing to me that despite there being a legitimate food allergy complaint about a simple mistake they made, they wouldn't just own up to it, made my friend run around in circles just to try and get his money back for food that I couldn't even eat, and then they STILL couldn't get the order right. I've worked for restaurants and customer service for the last 8 years... This entire situation was utterly ridiculous.

i was not greeted when i came in. i stood there for a while & the cashier was on his phone ignoring me. the pizza tasted like cardboard with cheeseFood: 2/5

Looks like 3 stars, tastes like 1.5. Couldn’t even finish it. The cheese was all wrong, didn’t even taste like it was melted- something was just all off with this- worst calzone I ever had. The interior of the place was also dirty. Regional management should really visit this place to get things in order. Though I do feel bad there was only one guy working.

Not sure if it’s new ownership but what a jerk who just answered the phone.  For the past few weeks I have ordered called ahead and ordered a large number of breadsticks from the SOM center Giorgio’s.  Each time I pay when I arrive.  Today I finally realized the Cedar Rd. Giorgios is Back open after suddenly closing which is closer to my neighborhood. I contacted the store to order breadsticks for the next day and the guy on the phone said I have to pay right now over the phone which has never happened!! I had cash from the booster club account… Oh well too bad for him he missed out on the sale, and I will never order there again. I immediately called  Mayfield Giorgios  were they were nice and friendly. They took my order and accepted payment when I arrived, and I tipped them!

Stopped in while dropping off at UPS store.  Waited for a special order. It was great Food: 5/5

Okay pizza crust needs to be cooked longer items needed to be filled and empty shelves for product need to be cleaned and filled

This location is under new ownership and management as of about August 2022. I have to say that the quality has improved a lot since. Bit of a tip. It's fresher and much more delicious if you pick it  up vs Door Dash.  DD drivers drive around for half an hour, go in all sorts of weird directions and the pizza is cold by the time it gets to you. You can't get extra cheese with Door Dash, either. You have to order by phone and pick up.
