My wife & kids stopped by for dinner on Friday, November 4. We usually patronize the Penn Station in Mayfield Hts which is much closer to our home. My wife was fixing plates and noticed the fries tasted OLD. She called the store mind you she left a tip for the staff while she was there and spoke to a young lady who sounded immediately defensive. “I don’t think your fries were old because your sandwich was one of the first ones made frequent patrons on PS know sandwiches are made to order - fries are sitting and waiting for the sandwich to join them in the takeout bag. We finally got the manager who was another version of the first young lady - she asked, “why didn’t you check your food before you left?” So, for us Penn Station gets $0 of our takeout food budget. Penn Station should change their branding to: TRUST BUT VERIFY

Y’all,  fire a** penn station!!! Wow I keep thinking about how that just tasted. I barely eat penn station but I was craving it! Anyways, it tasted exactly how I pictured it    I ordered a chicken teriyaki with extra everything so man ‍‍

The manager was some little young girl who was very rude and nasty. She was training a girl who she was teaching bad habits. The girl training wasn't wearing gloves, handling money and touching the food. The manager had a problem with replacing food that was touched by bare hands. She was very ghetto. I don't know how she was anyone's manager. She needs some training on customer service or a other job!

Pulled in at 9:37 and the doors were lock. I’m very disappointed that I drove all the way here to not be serviced. The hours stated online and on the door close was 10pm. In the short time that I sat in the parking lot to write this review 4 cars pulled in to be not served. Also, the open was still lit up and bright..

Uhhhhgggg...... Do people still call these torpedoes subs? For the money I pay I want my philly built like a PHILLIY!!!  Commercial Sandwiches I swear...

This is one of the best subs shop I have visited so far.  Excellent staff and very courteous. My experience with staff was very smooth.  Food and taste was good. I am vegetarian and they have good veggie options.  Prices are not cheap. I expected them to be little lesser.  This place located in right place in

They close at 9:30pm Thursday and Sunday’s according to employee who refused my order. Also stated other days they close earlier than that. Seems like false advertising 6/7 days a week if they say open until 10pm Monday-Saturday on their door and online. Should report to BBB

Used to hate this location and avoided it at all costs!  Thank Gawd they have improved. Could still improve on professionalism, but a lot better than it was.Food: 5/5
