The pizza I received looked like it was a day old.  It was cold and the cheese was hard. I had to microwave it. It was also overcooked because both pizzas were dark. The boneless wings I ordered were a rip-off because some pieces were so little they looked like scraps yet they were considered wings.  Some pieces were normal sized and then they threw in baby sized pieces. Not as extras,  but as part of the count so it wasn't filling at all.

I would give a zero if possible. I pre-ordered online. The store claimed their order system was down; they could tell I ordered, but not what I ordered. I called back and the guy I spoke to never asked for my order, didn't offer to make it, never asked if I could show them the order receipt listing what was ordered,  nothing. We were left, having prepaid online, with no food, no lunch and nothing for our lunch break. We were promised it would be canceled, instead it still appears as a charge online at Pizza Hut and through by debit card. Never again.

My order is now an hour late and I still have not received anything. I've called and they keep sending me from call center agent to call center agent instead of sending me to the store, then tell me that there is no way to get in contact with anyone at the store. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I would not recommend them.  Update: after multiple calls and 2½ hrs later, I've been hung up on by the call center agent, told that they dont know how my order said 25 to 35 min when in their system it was showing them 269 min. Finally, I went back on the website and all of the sudden low and behold, the store was closed. I called back, canceled my order and the charge is still taken out of my bank account. Then the options of making a customer complaint are nil.  NEVER AGAIN

So delicious! I recieved an Email coupon and ordered online $15.99 special Cheesy Crust Pizza.  Limit time. Looked like the picture. Thank you Euclid- Green Pizza Hut  you Rock! My how things have changed today I ordered online to use my rewards points. I ordered a large pepperoni lovers stuffed crust I get to the store and it's a large cheese pizza instead and they tell me it's what I ordered. This was the first time my free pizza wasn't even on the receipt. If they changed the rules I can respect that but to lie and say I  order wrong.  If I ever ordered again I will  use screenshots ...  Liers!!!!!

Terrible every time I come here they can never find my order, this time they messed the order up and made the wrong type of pizza. The person that cash you out was in the corner sleep didn’t see or hear me come in. Very rude customer service I hope the owner/ CEO whoever is responsible see this comment and take action. I will never come here again thumbs down

Fast service!  Hot and tasty!  Lobby was clean and the Workers were very professional.

This location is always short staffed. I ordered breadstix and a pizza 2months ago and I got there 5min earlier and the doors were locked as I was pulling into the parking lot I saw someone leaving and it was a whole hour and 45mins before they were suppose to close . They didn't even leave a sorry note on the window that they were closing early. Friday June 24th of this summer it happened.  the wings are slightly over priced .

Made a delivery order. When checking on the status of the order i was placed on hold for a period of 45 minutes. I proceeded to go the the store and was informed that the order was never processed.

Horrible service both time I have ordered from this pizza food was cold and arrived hours late without communication or disrespectful staff

Ordered online pizza 9:40P Sat. 6/11 with 40-50 min delivery estimate. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED BY POSTMATES + NO CALL FROM STORE NOTIFYING US WHY! Sun. 6/12 contacted store E182 Euclid Ave. refund $23.82 to my card if not I will contact my bank to stop payment!
