Awful customer service! Will NEVER go here again!! Never have I ever experienced such a bad experience with a doctor's office in my life! AWFUL!! If I could give NO STARS I would!

I chose Dr. Frank because he was one of the few insurers in the area that would accept BC/BS HMO advantage.  I have probably been to the office for various reasons 8 times and have left disappointed every time.  His staff is generally very short and not very compassionate.  Additionally, Dr. Frank has terrible bedside manner and when he asks what is wrong and you tell him, he says very little and gives practically no insight.  He typically just writes a prescription and walks out and shows next to know general concern for your current predicament.  I would never recommend him to anyone.

After waiting for 30 minutes to see the Doctor he instructed me to call Walgreens to find out what the previous doctor had prescribed me ( he took over my old doctors practice) After which he stepped out and I never saw him again. After waiting another hour for him to return I finally got up to walk out his nurse stopped me and asked why I was leaving and I told her I felt I had waited long enough. She took the prescription information from me and said I needed to have some blood work done, I found that a little odd since Doctor Frank and I never got into any detail on why I was there in the first place. However I did go and get the blood work done. I then called his office several times over the the next several days to find out what the test results were and what blood tests were ordered. I left several messages finally today I spoke to Lisa who informed me that I never called the office and that Dr. Frank and I had a lengthy conversation about what my health issues were. THIS IS A TRUE STORY I could not belive what I was hearing I informed her that I would be looking for a new doctor and she said she would mail me a release. Stay clear of this Dr. I have a great PPO and have never been treated like this before.

I'm a very healthy person (knock on wood) and visit a dr maybe once every couple years for things like a sinus infection or whatnot.  My health insurance changed and I had to pick a new Dr.  I picked Dr Frank due to his close proximity to my house.

Well, in the two occasions I have had to see Dr Frank, he has been rude (leaving the exam room with no explanation of when he might be back), dismissive (aww, that can't hurt or, there's nothing wrong with you), and both times I have had to repeatedly remind him why I was being seen, as he was easily distracted and would confuse himself during the course of chitchat and conversation.  I have changed Drs and would not recommend Dr Frank to anyone.
