I arrived at the airport an hour before my flight and I had to run back out to grab something I had forgotten and then went back through security and they were calling my name for my flight and I ran and went to go within less than a minute of them calling my name and I get there and the guy was a total JERK. He just said flight was closed and wouldn’t even look at me, let alone help me with information on the next departure. I mean LESS THAN A WHOLE MINUTE!? How is someone going to be able to get from the bathroom to them in less than a minute, (not to mention it was more than 19 minutes before the flight was even suppose to board. The other man who was working told me I could get on the next flight, but I’m appalled by how RUDE and inconsiderate that one man was. They have no leeway, which is ridiculous, especially 12 minutes before the flight was suppose to board! My board time was 11:08 and I was here at 10:56 ready to go. VERY displeased, they ruined my whole entire EASTER day and plans. Maybe you should consider employing people who ACTUALLY care and like their job (which is mainly dealing with people)!

I love to fly through GRR! There have been tons of improvements recently. It's close to home, super convenient, and I've yet to have busy security lines.

Small airport, squeaky clean and shiny. Normally empty, I've flown in and out at all hours and seasons, not a high rush place. Private jets come and go, the flight is better if you can afford it. I recommend this place. Very pretty airport, just somewhat deserted.

Easy and fun airport to get in an out of. It has changed a lot since I’ve been here four years ago! A wonderful experience!

Had to fly out of Ford last Friday, was early so I waited by A3.  For two hours I had to endure a pounding that shook the building every 30 seconds.  Had a headache by the time I loaded.  Turns out they thought it was more important to break up concrete than thinking of their passengers.
