Since 1970, German Auto Tech has worked in the Memphis Community and provided quality automotive repair for foreign cars, specifically: Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Mini, Smart, Jaguar and Land Rover.

We offer a 15k / 15 Month Warranty on our repairs. That's better than you will find even at the dealership. With over 40 years of experience, we know our cars and love our customers.

I was home visiting for the holidays in West Memphis from Maryland. I brought my BMW in for repairs, so I could return home. They provided top notch service from the Customer Service to the Mechanic!!! My car was repaired and now run like a Champ. I drove back 14 hours with no problem. Car is still running great!!! I highly recommend German Auto Tech. Good prices and fast accurate repairs!!!

Awesome staff and mechanics. I've never had a comprehensive vehicle report this informative anywhere else. The mechanics take time to not only explain what's going on with your vehicle, but they'll also show you. It has the true feel of a great Euro indie shop. Great rates on repairs and labor.

Lance does a great job and we trust him to work on our '83 and '89 models! Does a great job and is fun to work with. Fully answers all our questions and addresses our concerns about these two old cars! Wouldn't think about taking them anywhere else!

Rebecca and the team are amazing! They changed my engine belts in no time flat and did an impromptu inspection to make sure everything was on the up and up. Well done GAT, I'll see you in a few weeks for my spark plug replacement/servicing. Thanks again!

have only used German Auto Tech in West Memphis since 2012! They have took care of 2 of my bmw's and now they went above and beyond with a VW Beetle I purchased at auction. Rebecca worked with me because I did not anticipate having to fix as much as was needed when I purchased the bug! I do not trust anyone else with my foreign vehicles. Their work is impeccable. Everyone has so much knowledge and are professional! After the work has been completed I have never had a problem again. They are thorough and precise. I especially appreciate the owner and staff in Jonesboro as well they were understanding and kind! Trust me I live 3 miles from another well known shop in Memphis but I will not go anywhere but to German Auto Tech no matter what
