My son , daughter in law and myself was traveling in two separate vehicles from Maryville TN.to Ft.Hood Texas where my son is stationed ,His GMC Yukon's fuel pump went out Friday evening , All of the AAA approved shops were closed on Sat. I called the Auto Zone to check on the part and a shop recommendation ,The gentleman came back to the phone  with Geter's number and said that he would change the fuel pump if I could get the truck to his shop , After waiting on AAA for about an hour and a half ( A whole new story)  The shop closes at noon on Saturday,It was real close to 11 when we got the truck to him ,Mr.Geter said go get the fuel pump and bring it back and we will be started on dropping the tank , well at noon I went to the shop and they were done!( The charge (150.00, The service, The customer service was phenomenal) They could have really taken advantage of us, This was Sat.morning Logan had to be back on base Sunday at midnight ,Mr Geter's did not charge a penny more than he would any other time of the week and he knew that we was at his mercy! 
I would​ recommend this shop to anyone! If you live in the area  please give this shop your business ( Or let them earn your business)or if you plan on driving through the area​ you might want to put their number in your phone! BTW, A friend of mine is a mechanic in my hometown,I told him the labor charge on this job ,He said I got 150 to change those pumps 5 years ago, If Mr.Geter had said 400 to 500 dollars then I would have paid it because of our situation at the time ,I would not be as happy about the whole experience as I am for this business doing the right thing! 
Thank You Mr.Geter and your whole team of great guys for not taking advantage of us, When it would have been so easy to have done, And he knew the situation and was still an honest stand up man !

This shop is very professional and courteous.  Their prices are competitive and they will be sure you are happy with your tires or service.  The shop has a history of great service through at least two generations that I know of.

Amazing customer service and caring owner and staff!! My son was travelling from Houston to West Virginia back to college and was experiencing car problems. I called Jeters to see if he need immediate repairs (alternator) would they be able to help him. Both the owner and his daughter remained in contact with me until I was certain that my son was safe and mobile again. They called me back to verify his whereabouts and the condition of the car. Sight unseen, they went above and beyond to ease the mind of a worried mom. As it turned out...it was just a battery. 

That caliber of customer service just doesn't happen any more.  Something tells me had it been a major job, I would have been treated fairly!
