Check in is not efficiently organized. The wait is between 15-30 minutes. I think they should separate birthday reservations and walk ins for a quicker check in. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Besides that, the children had a blast! Team members are nice! Great way to burn some energy and calories while having fun!

Don't waste your time or money.  I took my girls there they charged me full price for my 5 year old  And when she started jumping with the big kids they started harassing me over and over saying she was too little made me go backup to the counter  For them to switch her bracelet to her other hand so she can jump with the little kids and they couldn't even refund me since the little kids are free they said no refunds & the staff is not friendly.   Definitely not a friendly fun place will NOT be going back.

After waiting in line for 30 min to be checked in for a birthday party. Then they tell you to sign the waiver on the computer. So go wait in another line. Completely unorganized. Only allowed one child per pit (which is fine for safety reasons) My problem was that there is no one letting people take turns.

Who needs this place, I mean for real. I can get just as much entertainment from jumping on my bed. Cuz at least when Im jumping on my bed no one can watch me like creeps.

Went for a classmates birthday party.  My 5yo had fun but I was less then impressed.  The "referees" monitoring the kids had more interest in chatting with each other or they were blowing their whistles ever 5 seconds at certain kids over rule breaking but not "all" the kids.  The pizza served at the party was outsourced from a local chain.  (it was good but on the cold side.) my 5yo wants his party there but I doubt it will.
