I came across Get Fit Training about 6 years ago via a Google search. About a year later I booked my first appointment. Next month, October, 2017 I'm celebrating 5 years of training with Jonathan Bosas. Results are the reason that I've stuck around.
I had worked out on my own on and off for many years, never being able to achieve the type of results that I have with Jon. His studio and one on one method of personal training is the key. 
Jon is dedicated to his business and committed to his clients progress. He assesses your fitness level and ability and tailors efficient challenging workouts for you. He is constantly coaching and encouraging you with your diet and generally eating better. At 57 years old, I can confidently say that I'm in the best physical shape that I've ever been in. Training with Jon at Get Fit is what got me there. Thanks Jon!

They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. However, I couldn't motivate myself to workout regularly through one week, let alone three. Jon was perfect for scheduling workouts and holding me accountable to them. After a few sessions, he actually had me looking forward to working out (even if I wasn't, I was glad once I was there). Before starting with Jon, I was uncomfortable in the gym and could hardly push or pull myself up. We set realistic goals that forced me outside my comfort zone, but also forced me to work! Since then, I've gained lots of strength, confidence, and muscular definition. Further, I am motivated to workout on my own and my wife definitely enjoys the results. With no doubt, training with Jon is the best investment for anyone to Get Fit!

As a young individual I was very active, in every sport imaginable & took great care of myself. I grew up, life happened & was diagnosed with a long term disease. I went from hardly being able to walk 5 feet with out assistance or oxygen to doing 5K's due to the AMAZING help of Jon. We worked long & hard to get to where I am today. I will never be 100% healthy but I know with Jon's warm, compassionate, strong demeanor & training abilities I will be as healthy as my body can be. Thank you Jon for helping me get my life somewhat back. My family & I can never repay the gift you have given to me of my health. God bless you.

I have been privileged to have Mr Jonathan Bosas as my personal trainer back in LA Fitness Oak Lawn a few years back. He is the most competent, friendly and professional and motivates you to strive hard for your health goals and achieve results. Training sessions have been always fun, scientific and safe.Jon is an excellent coach and exudes the Knowledge, Skills and Attitude that makes him an excellent personal trainer. Highly recommended! 5 STARS FOR THIS GREAT GUY!

Jon is supportive, dedicated and committed to his clients. He changes things up so you are never bored. I got the best workouts with Jon and appreciate his authenticity. He's also really flexible in meeting your needs.
