Great location... Classes... but for ladies that like to shower after a workout??. The showers are HORRIBLE... MILDEW/MOLD/SCUM!!!! Nasty... unhealthy. I did report to management so hoping as seen it will be cleaned.

The personal training is great, and I’ve only had free session with Jasmyn, she’s very positive and persistent at what she does, knows what she is talking about, and is more than willing to help you reach your fitness goal!

The other day I was in here & the WiFi doesn’t really seam to work. I asked the girl at the front desk what cardio machines had the aux input so I can at least listen to the tv while I worked out. She said some cardio machines have them. In my head I was thinking duh I know. I told her that’s why I’m asking. She said I don’t know exactly which ones do. I figured I can ask someone & get some help. I couldn’t go check out all machines since it was kinda crowded.

They need to clean the washroom all around all the time especially in the weekend is so nasty in the mens washroom and has a bad smell all the time. Please need this fix and also the wifi be acting up on and off cant enjoy a good work out while listening or be on social media.
