Forsa Training is a community of people with busy family, professional and personal lives who come together a few days a week to learn how to lift, push, pull, squat, hinge, jump and stretch in an environment that feels like you are working out with close friends in the comfort of your own home. Our purpose is to get our athletes to gain the momentum to never have to start their fitness journey again. We pride ourselves in providing a body positive environment where people from all walks from life come together to achieve results without the stress or negativity of body shaming, rapid weight loss programs/supplements or unrealistic promises.
Our training program is designed and taught by certified coaches who will teach you how to correctly use equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, suspension trainers, resistance bands, etc.. This knowledge will help prevent injuries and will give you the confidence and the independence to walk into almost any gym and train. All of the movements you will do during training are purposely designed to help you move and feel better during the other 23 hours that you are not at Forsa Training.
