Aweful experience with the rain gutter team. After a site visit and estimate we scheduled the work. The day before the install, a manager dropped by for a site visit and left saying he and the team would be there the next morning at 7am. The next day, 7am came and went as well as 8 and 9 am. I called the sales person at 9am and he was surprised no one was there. He indicated he heard from the scheduler that the work was cancelled. Both the sales person and I called the manager multiple times during the day to understand what was going on. No answer, no return calls, nothing. I finally called his office and asked if I could speak with his manager. He quickly came to the phone and indicated he was too busy to update me. He was apologetic when I explained how poor his customer service was. I understand things happen and schedule changes take place but a phone call is the least you can do when working with customers.  It goes without saying that I won't be using Truteam again. My initial experience was good but this time around was one of the poorest experiences I have ever had
