Though under renovation, store is well stocked. Need directions as to where items are.
   Need more frequent cart attention.  Too often the carts are outside and non available inside. Especially the small carts.
    Staff very nice. Notably Pat and Kenny at check out. Can never do enough for the customer!

What’s up with Giant’s website? You can’t search to see if they stock a food item. I guess Giant doesn’t want customers to know if they carry different types of food (or price compare). For instance, I just typed “pork belly” into Giant’s search box. The only thing that came back was 3 listings about Martin pharmacy and the beer and wine department. Giant definitely has the worst, least informative website in the history of the internet’s existence!!

I find myself here constantly, as its one of the very few places around that is open 24 hours. Great discounts, and now they sell beer and wine.

I got my shopping done. I went to the service desk to get stamps. The young man said how much it would cost. And then all of the sudden one of your employees took him away and didn't even ask if I needed help and he didn't say anything. Just atrocious manners and bad customer service

Generally have good variety, fresh produce, meats and seafood but doing a remodel and things very disorganized.  Many empty shelves and things in the sailed.  Remodel Supposed to be finished mid October
