GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JAKE!! I arrived at the store Friday night right as they closed. I was pretty sad, as I wanted tea tree oil & figured I'd have to find another day to get back to the store. An employee inside the store saw me & opened the door. I commented that he must have seen my reaction to them being closed & he said come in! I couldn't believe it! Most businesses send you on your way when they are closed. The employee was Jake, who helped me choose the right tea tree oil, quickly checked me out & sent me on my way as a very happy customer. I am a new customer to this store & because of Jake & his great service, I'll definitely be back. THANK YOU JAKE!!

I go out of my way to shop here occasionally as they have the finest RAW Cow & Goat Milk for miles around. Great selection from a few farms and it's worth trying them all to find a favorite. Can't understand why this seems so hard for other "Whole Food" & Natural markets to stock but KWF always nails it!! As to some of the comments I've read - I have never, ever seen any rotten produce here or products that were "off". The staff takes care to check different areas at various times for restock and/or to answer any questions while doing so. I LOVE that they have an Apothecary area. Many natural hair products, essential oils, bath & body, etc. Also products for health & healing - you never know what you'll find and it's great to look through the various shelves in the Apothecary area. FYI Simon Jessey - it's ashame that you feel the need to put negative, personal comments in your reviews. I don't think it's something that a Local Guide should do. People look to you Guides for places to go & things to do in the area - basic information - not for your own, very personal opinions. Get the difference? We all need to stop being so angry, cranky & mean about eveything in our world. It's unhealthy for you & exhausting, isn't it?Stop for 5 seconds before you speak or write & decide if you really need to say or write it - if it's something negative - DON'T. Peace.

It was a cute little store, staff wasn't too friendly. One guy was fixed in facing the products and got into the habit of cutting of me and other customers. The girls at the cashier were off in their own little world. Little bit awkward for my taste.

LOCAL FOOD! I love Kimberton for their selection of local meats, eggs, dairy, and produce. I will continue to shop here when Whole Foods opens their mega-store in Exton because local food makes me healthier and helps our neighbors be sustainable. Thanks for being awesome Kimberton Whole Foods!
