Giant is a large store and has been around a long time I shop sale items there often always have a large selection of everything.

Much improved customer service! In the past, I used this store just because it's not very busy, but it really lacked in customer service. Recently, they have made vast improvements regarding their willingness to help and how they treat their customers. Now, I go there because I know they will go out of their way to help me in a friendly way. Great job, Crabbs Branch Giant!

Basic grocery store, very weak seafood select. They've been trying to spruce the place up a little over the last few years but lacks the Scan-It function or self checkout that other Giants have. It's fine for the basics, produce is okay quality. There are so many nicer grocery stores with more variety and nice ambiance with a 10 minute drive, however. Prices reasonable if you shop sales only and use digital coupons.

The good; the staff is friendly, the store is well stocked. The bad; the pharmacy is not always open when the store is open. The store is hostile to customers who arrive by bus. They must walk across a long parking lot and they are not allowed to take shopping carts to the bus stop.

One of the few Giants that still offer great customer service. The service deli staff is awesome. The store manager, Ed Thomas; makes you feel like a distinguished guest rather than a common patron. Love this store.
